The Leslie Advantage is a commitment from us to provide exceptional service through a set promises we deliver.
The first perk that the Leslie Advantage has to offer is the Owners Advantage Rewards (OAR) card, this is a program that was started at Leslie Motors before Ford Canada ended up adopting it a couple years after. This card is a rewards program that when customers pay their service bill within 24 hours of a service they will receive 5% of their payment on to the rewards card that can be put towards the next servicing of their vehicle. We have many customers that currently have over $500 on their rewards cards. These can be used for an unexpected large service that may arrive or pay for the customers next few oil changes. This program has no membership fee or any additional charges, just rewards that the customer can cash in on.
Next,Leslie Motors is happy to offer a comprehensive 2 year/ 40,000 km maintenance plan for all new vehicles purchased here. That means that we will cover oil changes, wiper blades, tire rotation, cabin filter and a brake service. Every new vehicle purchased will also come with a full tank of fuel! By having your vehicle serviced at Leslie Motors your vehicle will be worked on by Ford Certified technicians that know Ford’s lineup like the back of their hand. You will also have the chance to witness our award winning professional and knowledgeable customer service team that convey our primary focus of outstanding customer experience!
All sales customers will also be offered a courtesy vehicle to make sure they are never in between vehicles when trading in a vehicle or any other circumstance that could leave you without wheels. All sales customer will also only ever deal with one sales person throughout their buying experience. You will never be passed around and will be able to build a relationship to make sure that our staff knows your needs and will always do what is best for you.
By having 3 dealerships we are able to share a large inventory of New & Pre-Owned vehicles. At any given time we have close to 300 different vehicles between the 3 lots. Simply call in to the dealership that is closest to you and we will make sure your desired car is there for when you are going to be! We truly want to make the buying experience as easy as possible for you and by having your vehicle at the closest location to you, traveling is one less stress you have to think about when buying a vehicle.
One more bonus to the Leslie Advantage is the extensive parts inventory we hold. Between the 3 dealerships there is a very good chance we have the part you are looking for. If we don’t have it in stock,order it before 4pm and we will have it at our store by 8am the next day. Meaning any parts you need will be available to you in less than 24 hours.
